Last year, the Creative Arts Emmys was where Benj Pasek and Justin Paul EGOTed, thanks to their song for Only Murders in the Building. This year, Beyoncé is one step closer to the GOAT of acronym (and yes, that included GOAT). Mrs. Carter was one of several people awarded the award for Outstanding Costumes for Variety, Nonfitction, or Reality Programming for her Christmas Day halftime show. That gives her the E to go along with her 35 G’s.

But there are so, so many Creative Arts Emmys. And only one went to Beyoncé so far. Let’s look at the other big winners of night one. The Studio leads with 9 of their 17 nominations. They only need 3 more Emmys in either night 2 or the Main Event to tie The Bear for most wins for a comedy in a single year. Marty Scorsese lost to Bryan Cranston for Guest Actor, but a win is a win for The Stu. In limited series, The Penguin is cleaning up, with 8 wins so far. The Pitt only has 2 wins so far (same as Adolescence), but Shawn Hatosy wins most astonished speech. While accepting for the role of Dr. Abbott, he opened with shock and awww: “In the words of my 7-year-old, holy shit.” Who will curse their win on night 2?
