Actress Cha Chung Hwa revealed that she is becoming a new mother.

On January 24, news outlets reported that the newlywed actress was pregnant. Cha Chung Hwa announced that she was getting married in October of last year.

Cha Chung Hwa’s label, IOK Company, confirmed the news in an announcement.

Meanwhile, Cha Chung Hwa debuted through the theatrical production Alleyway Story in 2005. The actress would go on to star in some of K-Drama’s biggest hits, including Crash Landing On You, Mr. Queen, and Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha. The actress married a businessman two years her junior in 2023.
