Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Anupamaa star Sudhandhu Pandey comes out in support of Smriti Irani as she pens a note on her defeat

Lok Sabha Election 2024 has recently concluded and the results are out. The war is between NDA and INDIA alliance for power. While BJP managed to win over major constituencies, Smriti Irani who was contesting from Amethi lost. The Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi actress lost the election to Congress’ KL Sharma. Her defeat has become a talking point. A day after the election results, Smriti Irani took to her social media to pent a post about the same and express her gratitude to those who supported her. Smriti Irani started her post by writing that ‘Such is life’ and reflected on her journey over the last 10 years serving the people of Amethi. She wrote about going to village to another, building lives and nurturing aspirations. She mentioned about building the infrastructure and more. She ended the post by writing, “To those who stood by me through loss and victory, I am forever grateful. To those celebrating today, congratulations. And to those asking, ‘How’s the josh?’ I say- it’s still high, Sir.” A lot of people from the TV industry reacted to this post. One of them is Anupamaa star Sudhanshu Pandey. The actor wrote that Smriti Irani is an inspiration to the women of the country. The actor’s comment read, “U always made the country proud .. and been an inspiration for women of our country u shall bounce back bigger ..JAI MAHAKAAL JAI SHRI RAM.” Neena Gupta also commented saying that Smriti Irani should just keep working. Samir Soni, Aashka Goradia, Sonu Sood, Mouni Roy and many more also commented on it.
