More Shrinking = more pickleball! It’s a simple equation. Jason Segel shared that there may be more to unravel in therapy past season three on the Good One podcast. Originally conceived as a three-season arc — the first season is about grief, the second about forgiveness, and the upcoming third season about moving forward — Shrinking’s momentum continues to grow, so it makes sense that Segel is ready to keep the fire going, especially if Jimmy can go through a new emotional arc. “I’d be really surprised if it was the final season,” Segel admitted. “We’ve all been around a long time. It seems to be doing really well … We’re all having a great time. The stories haven’t run dry; I know there are ideas for how to make sure they don’t run dry.”

“The real truth of when the show will end is when we, as creators, call it,” he said candidly. Quick pitch: Gaby gets really into Labubus and makes Dr. Rhoades open blind boxes with her.
