TV personality Jun Hyun Moo recently made jaws drop with his dramatic physical transformation, and now, he has an interesting update for fans.
His transformation journey began at the 2023 SBS Drama Awards when actor Lee Jang Woo promised viewers that he and his fellow beloved “Palm Oil” members, Jun Hyun Moo and Park Na Rae, would “lose weight.”

The I Live Alone cast kept the promise and shared the results four months later with a photoshoot for FILA‘s underwear collection, gracing the pages of GQ Korea. Jun Hyun Moo, in particular, lost 13 kgs, rendering his weight loss journey a remarkable success.
But now that the shoot is over, Jun has switched to a different lifestyle as he updated viewers about his current routine. In a recent radio interview, he revealed that since the shoot, he has been eating seven meals a day! He, however, assured listeners that he had not experienced the yo-yo effect of gaining all the weight back.
