Singer Baek A Yeon recently mentioned JYP Entertainment‘s CEO, Park Jin Young (also known as JYP or J.Y. Park), while talking about her wedding.

Baek A Yeon, who became a singer after placing third on the SBS audition program K-Pop Star in 2011, got married a few months ago. It was reported that she married a non-celebrity on August 12 after announcing her relationship in February.

She even surprised fans with beautiful engagement photos before her wedding.

On November 6, Baek A Yeon appeared on KBS CoolFM‘s Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show as a guest alongside singer U Sung Eun. There, the two guests talked about how they were both married, and Baek A Yeon mentioned her private wedding and how she was enjoying her newlywed life.

She also revealed that her former CEO, Park Jin Young, attended the wedding and gave a monetary gift, as is typically done at weddings in Korea. When asked if he was generous with his monetary gift, Baek A Yeon laughed and replied with a quick but clear answer.

Baek A Yeon joined JYP Entertainment in 2012 following K-Pop Star and debuted later that year with the EP, I’m Baek.

After her contract with JYP Entertainment ended in 2019, she joined EDEN Entertainment, where she is continuing her musical activities.
