Dipika Kakar explains why isn’t she focusing on weight loss
Dipika Kakar, who is an avid vlogger, was seen having an oat-based milkshake. She started the vlog by telling her viewers how the milkshake is extremely healthy as it’s made of oats, banana, and berries. She then immediately states that she isn’t on a weight loss journey and neither is losing weight currently her aim. The actress states that she eats healthy whenever she can and is at home. However, when she is out, she eats what she feels like. She further states that she is currently not in the zone of losing weight and hence eats healthy food as per her convenience.
