Ankit’s show, which also features Marathi actress Rutuja Bagwe as the female lead, will replace the Sai Ketan Rao and Adrtija Roy starrer Imlie. The show has certainly left fans excited as after Junooniyat, Ankit has finally said yes to a daily soap. Maati Se Bandhi Dor, starring Ankit Gupta and Rutuja Bagwe, is said to be one of the most promising upcoming shows. It is speculated that the promo of Maati Se Bandhi Dor will be launched within a few days. Prior to the show, Ankit Gupta was also offered Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. However, after contemplating much, the actor decided to let go of the stunt-based reality show and chose the daily drama. Ardent fans of Ankit are certainly excited for the new show and can’t wait to shower love on the show once it’s on air. Ankita Gupta rose to fame with Udaariyaan, which also featured Priyanka Chaudhary. Later, he participated in Salman Khan’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss 16 with co-star Priyanka. During their stint in the reality show, it came out that Priyanka was in love with Ankit and Ankit too loved Priyanka but he didn’t want to give a commitment. Both Ankita and Priyanka, however, denied any love angle between them and stated that they are just good friends.
